There are some doubts about whether it's really my "style", but as I don't know what my "style" is, we were focusing on what looks good on me. And this looks really pretty on me, if I do say so myself.
Almost makes me forget that the whole concept of school is sort of the bane of my existence.
Peace out.

Schools Out!!!
Woohooo!! Well, actually, school was out a while ago, but I haven't posted in months. Anyways..... so, not a lot new. I passed sixth grade (big surprise, huh?) and am currently filling out my school day memories book with, well..... school day memories. WHOA!! Another big surprise, right? So, yeah, I'm still celebrating the fact that I can wake up when I FEEL like it now. I can wake up at 12:00 in the afternoon and no one would care. YES!!! YES!! YES!!! *evil laugh (which I rock at)*

Does It Even Matter?
I'm just a bit peeved right now. This week, was a RECKONING week for my teacher (whatever that means) and I have like five things that I need to do or else I fail the whole sixth grade or something. After she told me everything I have to do, she called my mom while I was at my awesome acting class. So I come home and I'm completely drowned in homework, so I tell my mom that I need to stay home the next day to finish everything I had to do. So she says that my teacher called her and said that I was doing way to much. And in my head I'm kinda going No duh, but she meant it differently. She meant it as in while I'm doing two hours of homework every night, everyone else is doing fifteen friggin minutes. So I go well, that's 'cause I'm bad at math, but they naturally just assume that I'm talking double time in class. It's not completely true, but it's not completely a lie either. I talk a bit, but who doesn't? It's not like I'm not doing anything. I'm definitely doing more work than talking. So my mom says that my teacher wants a SCHEDGULE of when I'm gonna have my homework finished. So we look in my school agenda and I explain that each assignment I'm even almost finished or I didn't even know what it was or something. But the problem is that I have ACTUAL homework to do, so I can't do it at all. And what really peeves me off is that they do this to try to teach us something, but just because we didn't hand in the stupid assignment doesn't mean we didn't learn the thing. So what is even the point? And also, half the stuff we learn is all useless anyway. I mean really, at what point in the world, when I'm thirty years old, am I gonna have to write a comic strip to describe a book or whatever? When am I gonna go: Geez, I don't know this. Guess I'd better dig up my sixth grade homework. All mothers throw away the old work anyway, so what's even the point of doing it in the first place? It's a waste of paper, and they could just ASK us if we understand anyway, that's the entire point. Learning something. And if they're thinking, this will help you with your CAREER, I've got news for you. I am currently working on my career, simple as that. And it has nothing to do with the volume of a pentagon or whatever. WRITING shall be my career, so I don't even need to do this homework. I think they should get their priorities straight. Anyway, seeya!

Track Attack
Well, yesterday we started track attack. (Which if your wondering is just track and field only said cooler.) We are group D for DANGEROUS. So get out of our way we're so dawesome! ( See, all I said was awesome with a D at the start.) We started it with stretching with Mme Comartin. Then we danced with Mme Comartin. I can still remember the song. And I quote: to the left, to the left! To the right, to the right! Jump up this time! Jump up this time! Left foot stomp! Right foot stomp! Do the cha-cha now! Okay, sure, not much of a quote. But it's catchy! After that we all split up into our groups. We had distance 1st. Me and my friends couldn't wait! You see, my very own teacher runs the distance station. And she's incredibly nice. Me and my friends agree she was born to be a teacher. Next we had high-jump. I thought it would be more boring than it was. But it wasn't. Because you see, I'm ambitious. So when I did it wrong, I was determined to improve. Then we had sprints. I think I did pretty well. I ended up 4th in the 1st race, and probably 6th in the one against everyone for fun. We haven't had it again for days.

The Speech Competition (and more)
A few days ago, the french portion of my school had a french public speaking competition. And guess who was representing the 4th grade portion of my class? That's right. It was me! Parker was representing the 5th grade portion of my class. It was kind of embarrassing, because my parents say I like him.(F.Y.I, I DON'T!) And I don't mean the kind of like as in like him as a friend. I mean the kind of like as in I'm crushing on him. (again, I DON'T!) But I don't blame them for thinking that. It's freaky, but I'm with him in almost everything!(Not that I'm doing it ON PURPOSE.) We even had almost the same subject! After all, we got to choose our own subject. Mine was about marine life, (I know. Big subject huh?) and his was about coral reefs! Sadly, we both lost the public speaking competition. In my grade, Vanessa Washington won, and in his, Susie Parks won. It's so sad. I think I should have won. ( no offence to the winners though) Anyway, bye for now!
