Favourite Thing of the Week #8

Recovery, by Frank Turner.

It's usually not just one tiny thing like this, but it's actually beautiful.

It's a nice, upbeat kinda song with a major key and all that stuff, but when you start listening to the words... I legitimately teared up near the end. That probably has a lot to do with watching my friend recover from a very dark period of her life, so it's kind of important to me. This song may not quite be Hallelujah as written by Leonard Cohen, but I do find this song has its own kind of beauty - that is to stay, I honestly think it is beautiful, period. And I hope I'm not the only who sees that.
